    Rates 2010 / 2011

 

Rates quoted are for the entire cottage which comes with its' own cook and housekeeper included.

Each cottage has 3 double bedrooms to sleep 6 persons. Additional persons add $20/ €15 per night; children under 12 add $14/€10 - each/night. Maximum is 8 persons.

Originating rates are quoted in Kenya Shillings and $ and € rates below are subject to prevailing exchange rates

nb: For Xmas/New Year bookings the balance must be paid 30 days in advance of booking date .

Please note that an enquiry is treated as just an enquiry until it is confirmed by payment of a deposit.
We operate on a strict 'first come, first served' policy and only upon receipt of the deposit by us will we confirm your booking.

Deposits: Therefore potential guests need to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% by cash or by cheque.
The balance may be paid immediately upon arrival (except that Xmas/New Year bookings must be paid in full before 30th November).

For stays of more than 10 days ( except December/New Year) apply a discount to the entire stay of 10%

For stays of more than 14 days ( except December /New Year) apply a discount to the entire stay of 20%

For stays of more than 21 days ( except December /New Year) apply a discount to the entire stay of 30%

For stays of more than 1 month booking, apply a discount to the entire stay of 50%
